Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolPavlo Rytikov is a Staff Engineer with 13 years of experience designing and delivering cloud-native, event-driven systems for fintech, IoT, and digital asset platforms. He combines deep .NET expertise with practical knowledge of Kubernetes, GCP/AWS/Azure, streaming tech (Kafka, PubSub, Kinesis) and observability through OpenTelemetry to build reliable, low-latency services. Pavlo has a track record of taking projects from analysis to production—splitting domains into microservices, introducing DDD/vertical-slice architectures, and implementing GitOps CI/CD at scale. He repeatedly architects complex workflows (trade and asset-transfer engines), authentication/authorization patterns, and custom codecs for device and legacy-system integration. Beyond hands-on engineering he mentors teams, drives best practices, and bootsrapped processes like SCRUM and testing culture that reduce delivery risk. Based in Ukraine with a master’s in Economics Cybernetics, he blends business acumen with technical rigor to solve domain complexity rather than just code it.
