Senior🎓
Top SchoolPaweł Baturo is a seasoned software engineering leader and solutions architect with 20+ years designing and delivering large-scale, mission-critical systems across defense, fintech, and emerging space domains. He has led R&D and engineering teams through NATO interoperability exercises and classified procurement processes, translating complex STANAG requirements into robust C4ISR architectures. In fintech and regulated digital platforms he combines cloud-native design with compliance-minded delivery (GDPR, DORA, WCAG), advising clients from discovery through delivery and mentoring technical leaders. As owner of District Factors he now provides architecture, cloud, and compliance consulting while continuing to bridge defense-grade systems engineering with commercial cloud practices. An erstwhile Director of R&D who still codes and architects, he brings a rare mix of hands-on technical depth, program-level leadership, and practical experience in space situational awareness initiatives.
