Paweł Worwa is a Senior Test Automation Engineer based in Warsaw with over a decade of experience in software testing and nine years focused on automation. Since 2010 he has designed, implemented and maintained end-to-end automated and performance test frameworks for desktop, mobile and web services using tools such as Neoload, JMeter, Selenium WebDriver, QTP/UFT and SoapUI. He combines hands-on scripting in Java and C++ with architecture-level work—designing execution systems, load profiles and test data generation tools—to provide actionable analysis of system behavior. Comfortable across UX, functional, load and service testing, he also builds and adapts tooling for cross-platform test execution and result analysis. Paweł has a solid academic foundation with degrees in computer science and a persistent focus on learning new tools and improving qualification. An often overlooked strength is his long-term continuity on large enterprise test suites, giving him deep institutional knowledge of stability and maintainability trade-offs.
