He has deep hands-on experience across Ruby on Rails, Elixir/Phoenix and React, and has repeatedly shipped real-time UIs and automated workflows that measurably improved productivity and business outcomes. His background spans startups and scale-ups—driving architecture, integrations (speech-to-text, Experian), data pipelines for analytics, and admin tools that turn operational needs into product features. Based in Paraíba, Brazil, he combines engineering rigor with product sensibility, often influencing roadmap decisions through close collaboration with stakeholders.
