Top SchoolPeter Haldbæk is a staff engineer based in Copenhagen with 12 years of hands-on experience building full-stack products from prototype to scale. He co-founded GamerPay, growing it to 400k users and architecting a marketplace that handled 10M daily requests while owning the entire stack, integrations and CI/CD. His background spans mobile-first native iOS/Android development, backend systems in Java and cloud integrations, and pragmatic operational work such as DDoS mitigation with Cloudflare and cost-optimizing messaging flows. Comfortable leading small teams and working independently, he combines product-minded engineering with deep technical breadth rooted in a DTU computer science education. Unusually, he pairs startup grit with long-term consultancy experience across public sector and enterprise projects, enabling him to move fluently between rapid iteration and rigorous delivery.
