Top SchoolPeter Hollmer is a results-driven engineering leader with 11 years of experience turning mission-critical outages into durable solutions—most notably negotiating a Twitter API extension and rearchitecting integrations to save a client cohort $504K annually while shipping a $100/month fix in two weeks. As Fractional CTO and former Director of Engineering at SnapStream, he scaled teams, cut deployment time from six hours to 30 minutes, reduced AWS spend by 35%, and led serverless AI features using Lambda, SQS, API Gateway and Bedrock. He excels at mentoring technical talent and creating cultures where engineers take smart risks—promoting QA specialists into engineering and AI roles—and routinely balances architectural guidance with team autonomy. Based in Houston, he focuses on B2B SaaS leadership roles that need pragmatic cloud, CI/CD, and AI expertise under pressure.
