Senior🎓
Top SchoolPeter Hudec is an operations and quality leader with 12 years of senior industrial experience, currently serving as Managing Director at MSK Group after executive roles including COO at Elastomer Solutions Group. He combines a PhD in Quality and Production Systems with deep hands-on expertise in Lean, DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, 6S and ISO/TS 16949 to drive measurable efficiency and quality improvements across plants. His background spans frontline production-system roles through plant management and corporate quality leadership at multinational manufacturers such as BSH and Faurecia. Known for translating rigorous academic methods into practical shop-floor solutions, he has repeatedly led cross-functional programs that reduced waste and improved first-pass yield. Based in Slovakia, he brings both strategic vision and practical deployment skills, often bridging engineering, quality, and operations teams. A less obvious strength is his track record of moving between hands-on production coordination and C-suite operational strategy, making him effective at scaling improvements from pilot projects to enterprise operations.
