Top SchoolPeter Le Bek is a founder and technology leader with 14 years of experience building immersive XR products and startups from Montreal. As Founder and Head of Technology at Greensky Games he shipped SWARM, the top-rated action title on Oculus Quest, and earlier co-founded Sketchbox (YC W18), blending product vision with hands-on engineering. He has led engineering teams as CTO at Neuranet and now leverages venture-facing experience as a Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund to evaluate and scale frontier gaming and VR companies. Comfortable across systems, real-time graphics, and product delivery, he balances rapid prototyping with production-quality engineering. His background from the University of Toronto plus YC exposure gives him both academic grounding and startup grit. He’s actively hiring VR developers, designers and artists—reflecting a builder who still ships code, mentors teams, and prioritizes playable experiences.
