Top SchoolPeter Marcely is a founder and technical leader with 11 years of experience building remote-first talent platforms and engineering teams from Brno, Czechia. As CEO of Working Nomads he connects remote professionals with innovative companies, while his co-founding and tech lead roles at Remaster and Mobly show hands-on expertise in Python, Django, React and AWS-driven infrastructure. He pairs product-facing leadership with deep backend craftsmanship—shipping microservices, payment migrations and custom integrations for clients via Toptal and consulting engagements. Early SAP/FIORI and ABAP work plus formal SAP certification give him uncommon depth in enterprise systems alongside modern cloud-native stacks. Peter blends entrepreneurial grit with a practical focus on scalable, remote-friendly operations and developer enablement.
