Senior🎓
Top SchoolPeter Okwara is a founder and senior software engineer with a decade of experience building full-stack web platforms, developer tooling, and production infrastructure across startups and public-sector projects. He scaled Careergo from concept to recurring revenue and hundreds of paying users by combining SvelteKit/Pocketbase product development with AI-driven resume automation and disciplined growth marketing. Previously at IOTA Foundation he delivered integrated TLIP systems used by multiple Kenyan government agencies, improved incident detection with ELK-based monitoring, and automated deployments with Docker, Kubernetes and GitHub Actions. He co-founded EOS Nairobi, running one of Africa’s first EOS block producers and growing a regional developer community, demonstrating both technical leadership and grassroots outreach. Comfortable spanning backend, frontend, DevOps and product, he pairs engineering rigor with a knack for turning chaotic requirements into production services that governments and enterprises can adopt. An electrical engineering graduate who later upskilled in blockchain, frontend and data science, he blends domain breadth with hands-on execution.
