Top SchoolPhil Gambling is a Staff Frontend Software Engineer with 14 years of experience building user-centered web applications and scalable front-end architectures across finance, education, and semiconductor industries. He blends deep hands-on expertise in React (with Vue and Angular experience) and full-stack/DevOps knowledge with a track record of technical leadership—mentoring dozens of developers and running internal mentorship and progression programs. Phil has led multiple high-impact projects from pre-sales estimation through delivery at consultancy and product companies, shipping production UIs used by major airlines and enterprise clients. He’s a practiced speaker and podcast contributor who routinely translates complex UX requirements into maintainable, performant front-end systems. Based in Houston, he brings an engineer’s attention to performance and reliability informed by earlier systems and embedded work at AMD, an uncommon cross-domain perspective for a front-end specialist.
