Top SchoolPhil Wilson is a Technical Product Manager with 11 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered platforms in healthcare, including learning, workforce, analytics, and care operations. He combines UI/UX leadership with disciplined product delivery—rapid discovery, clear problem framing, and release trains that improve adoption, time-to-competency, and workflow efficiency. At ProviderTrust he built a Product Delivery function that raised roadmap completion from under 50% to nearly 70% and introduced Kanban-based forecasting to improve predictability. He’s comfortable working directly with CTOs and business leaders to translate strategy into measurable roadmaps and KPIs, and he advocates for design thinking across organizations. Based in Nashville, Phil seeks hard problems with real users (nurses, physicians, revenue cycle teams) and data worth protecting, uniting design, engineering, and go-to-market to focus teams on outcomes rather than features. An earlier career in technical writing and UX engineering gives him an uncommon blend of communication clarity and hands-on design practice.
