Top SchoolPhilipp Andreychev is an engineering team lead with over a decade of hands-on experience building user-centric web applications and leading frontend teams across Europe. Currently at Piano since 2019, he combines technical leadership with hiring, code review, and release management to drive product delivery and mentor engineers. His background spans startups and product companies (Pravo.ru, Case.one, Cxense) where he shipped search systems, document-heavy UIs, and introduced pull-request-based workflows and GitHub-driven development. Comfortable in Angular.js and a LAMP/Microsoft-oriented backend world, he excels at turning complex front-end requirements into maintainable implementations. Known for selecting and developing leadership talent, he brings a pragmatic mix of process discipline and hands-on coding. Based in Moscow, he pairs an applied-math computer science education with a long track record of operationalizing large legal and publishing-facing products.
