Top SchoolPhilippe Bertin is a French Senior iOS Engineer based in Santa Barbara with 11 years of experience designing and modernizing mobile platforms for healthcare at Teladoc Health. He leads cross-team technical initiatives, re-architecting multiple codebases into reusable Swift modules, converting legacy Objective-C to Swift, and establishing a company-wide iOS coding standard. Philippe combines hands-on engineering (OAuth2/OpenID Connect, mutual TLS, multi-user video conferencing) with DevOps automation—CI/CD pipelines, App Store delivery, and crash-to-JIRA workflows—to accelerate secure, production-grade releases. As a security champion he influences AppSec design across teams, and he’s repeatedly driven SSO and authentication projects from prototype to cross-platform deployment. His background blends strong academic training in networking and software engineering with a practical knack for building scalable, maintainable mobile systems that improve clinician and patient experiences.
