Senior🎓
Top SchoolPhillippe Santana is a pragmatic full-stack engineer and technical leader with 15+ years building SaaS platforms and MVPs, often acting as sole developer or CTO for early-stage ventures. He owns the full product lifecycle—from architecture and DevOps to frontend/backend development—and has repeatedly shipped production-ready systems under tight startup constraints. As a founder he moved an AI-driven travel recommender from idea to market in two months, and as CTO he architected a multi-tenant SaaS used by hundreds of small businesses. Comfortable recruiting and leading cross-functional teams, he pairs rapid iteration with long-term maintainability and a focus on real business outcomes. Based in Paraná, Brazil, Phillippe blends deep hands-on engineering with entrepreneurial instincts and a track record of delivering high-value features quickly.
