Summary
👤
SeniorPhong Nguyen is a seasoned technology executive and serial founder with over two decades of experience building and scaling SaaS and e-commerce platforms from startup to exit. As Co-Founder and CTO of SuperCircle and long-time founder/architect at Hydrasoft.io, he blends hands-on engineering—often coding and mentoring from ground zero—with strategic architecture and infrastructure leadership. His technical pedigree includes early technical co-founder work at Gilt Groupe where he helped grow systems to support millions of users and led a company-wide migration to AWS, demonstrating rare operational depth across web, mobile, data, and devops. Known for turning ambiguous product needs into robust, performant systems, he’s equally at home optimizing data warehouses and email delivery at scale as he is shaping engineering culture and processes. Based in New York and Berkeley-educated in Computer Science, Phong pairs entrepreneurial grit with pragmatic technical vision to drive product-led growth.
