Top SchoolPolina Goleva is a project manager with nine years of cross-sector experience combining rigorous data analysis and operational delivery across finance, consulting, advertising, and political campaigns. Trained in sociology and public policy with strong quantitative skills (R, SPSS, Excel) and visualization tools (Tableau, Figma, Miro), she excels at turning complex datasets into actionable process improvements and clear management reporting. Her background includes streamlining financial workflows at Sovcombank Insurance, building resource scheduling and analytics for Deloitte’s Risk Advisory, and rapidly scaling field operations for electoral campaigns under extreme time and resource constraints. Currently leading projects at Bureau 1440, she focuses on automation, procurement coordination, and performance-driven process redesign. Polina’s profile blends analytical rigor with hands-on coordination and a knack for simplifying technical tasks for non-technical teams—she even pairs UI/motion design interests from her GitHub bio with practical product and content work.
