Top SchoolPoorni Badrinath is a Senior Cartography Designer and geospatial program manager with around a decade of experience crafting high-quality maps, data visualizations, and navigation workflows for companies like Mapbox, Grab and HERE Technologies. She blends hands-on cartographic design and coding (JavaScript, Python, Figma) with program-level leadership—building geo teams, training curricula, and robust documentation to scale mapping operations. Her work spans product-focused map validation and routing optimization as well as applied research for sustainable mobility in UNESCO heritage sites, showing a rare mix of technical rigor and conservation-minded fieldwork. A habitual birder and moody photographer, she brings observational sensitivity to map aesthetics and usability, informed by an MSc in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from TU Munich.
