Senior🎓
Top SchoolPooya Raki is an engineering team lead and full-stack developer with about a decade of hands-on experience building high-throughput SaaS platforms and resilient backend systems. He has led remote cross-functional teams to deliver knowledge-sharing and data-gathering applications scaled to 10K+ RPS, and driven measurable performance and security wins through Node.js upgrades, TypeScript migrations, token-bucket rate limiting, and Redis caching. Comfortable across JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, PHP, Docker and Linux, he combines infrastructure ownership (CI/CD, uptime monitoring) with pragmatic product-focused engineering. Pooya’s recent studies in AI and longstanding curiosity about machine behavior inform his approach to system design and automation. Colleagues describe him as a transparency-first leader who turns complex business needs into clean, testable code while still finding time for books, walking, and continuous learning.
