Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolPrabha Manepalli is a Staff Product Manager at Confluent with a background that spans Enterprise and Consumer tech, startups, and big tech engineering roles, bringing three years in product and nearly a decade of software experience. She focuses on platform security, container-driven Kafka experiences, and enterprise features like workload portability, migrations, disaster recovery, and centralized policy enforcement. Her path is deliberately interdisciplinary—combining M.Tech-level technical depth, behavioral-economics-informed design, and hands-on startup founding—so she trades narrow specialization for breadth that compounds over a career. Known for end-to-end ownership from strategy to delivery, she partners with engineering to ship secure, operable infrastructure for private cloud deployments and IaC-driven orchestration. Outside work she writes essays on varied topics, reflecting the curiosity that guides her product decisions.
