Senior🎓
Top SchoolPrabhat Thakur is a software engineer with around nine years of hands-on experience and 7+ years at the Software Engineer-2 level, currently contributing to IBM from Bengaluru. He specializes in cloud-native infrastructure—Kubernetes, Docker, virtualization and software-defined storage—and pairs that with strong Linux/FreeBSD/Windows operations and networking knowledge (TCP/IP and related protocols). His background spans customer-facing roles at MayaData and CloudByte where he led installations, live-debugging, automation scripting, UAT/testing and critical-customer support, driving higher customer satisfaction and release quality. He has practical experience across GCP, Azure, Rancher and OpenShift and routinely builds and deploys Kubernetes clusters and CI pipelines (GitLab). Notably, he combines deep troubleshooting instincts with automation-first thinking, often converting repeatable support tasks into scripts to reduce manual effort. Pragmatic and service-oriented, he bridges product engineering and field operations to ensure reliable, production-grade cloud infrastructure.
