Top SchoolPrahyat Puangjaktha is a PhD student and experienced software engineer with nine years working at the intersection of data, remote sensing, and machine learning. He has built production-focused tools for satellite telemetry and image processing at GISTDA, developed template-fitting pipelines for variable star classification at the National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand, and applied YOLO-based computer vision in industry projects. His background spans data engineering, ML engineering, and software development, with a master’s in computer science from Mahidol University and a bachelor’s from Chiang Mai University. Prahyat combines hands-on systems work (e.g., AX.25/APT protocol simulators and NOAA image decoders) with research-driven data analysis to tackle environmental and space-related problems. Based in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand, he brings a practical, experiment-to-production mindset and a knack for turning domain-specific scientific problems into robust software solutions.
