Senior🎓
Top SchoolPrvoslav Savic is a results-driven engineering leader with 11 years of experience scaling SaaS platforms and growing teams from early-stage startups to 30+ engineer organizations across FinTech and proptech. As Director of Engineering at Xogito and former CTO of Yanado, he combines hands-on architecture work—microservices on GCP, data warehouses with RedShift, and frontend moves to React/Next—with strong delivery processes and incident management. He has a track record of accelerating development cycles (notably a 20x speedup), driving compliance and AI initiatives, and turning underperforming teams into predictable value engines. Based in Serbia, Prvoslav also runs his own shop (PS Code), blending entrepreneurial product focus with enterprise-grade engineering leadership and a knack for pushing tooling and process improvements that aren’t immediately visible in product UI.
