Top SchoolRachael Graham is a technical writer with nine years’ experience turning cloud-native complexity—Kubernetes, Istio, Envoy, and service meshes—into clear, actionable documentation and learning experiences. Currently at Solo.io, she designs docs and workflows for Gloo Edge and Gloo Mesh that help operators configure and manage multi-cluster environments. Previously a staff technical writer at IBM, she built tutorials, API references, and GUI/CLI text for IBM Cloud Kubernetes and OpenShift, working embedded with engineering squads and using user research to inform information architecture. An instructor and former Red Hat training intern, she blends pedagogy with practical developer empathy, which shows in her knack for converting dense technical detail into production-ready guides. Based in Austin, she pairs a strong technical writing MS with a liberal-arts grounding in English, giving her both rigor and narrative clarity.
