Top SchoolRachael Stavchansky is a Lead Technical Writer at Salesforce with eight years of focused experience crafting developer docs, UI copy, help systems, and training content across web and streaming technologies. She previously led and scaled Netlify’s documentation organization—setting strategy, mentoring writers, and instituting docs-as-code workflows that aligned engineers and content designers. Comfortable in both hands-on authoring and people leadership, she brings deep expertise in API reference work (OpenAPI/GraphQL), CI/CD doc pipelines, and content architecture for complex SaaS and media platforms. A lifelong word enthusiast with an MFA background in theater, she combines pedagogical instincts and independent research skills to turn technical complexity into clear, usable guidance. Based in Pittsburgh, she also contributes to the tech-writing community from “the heart of Steel City,” blending craft, empathy, and engineering-friendly documentation practices.
