Top SchoolRachel Mcguigan is a Senior DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with 11 years of experience designing and operating reliable distributed systems across cloud and on-prem environments. Grounded in hands-on datacenter work and community-driven support roles, she combines deep system-level troubleshooting with platform automation expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD for large-scale EKS and hybrid deployments. Her work at Snowflake, VMware, and Asana includes migrating hundreds of VMs, modernizing container platforms, and automating operational workflows to improve reliability and reduce toil. Currently focused on AI-driven infrastructure challenges, she aims to evolve reproducibility and pipeline reliability while taking on technical leadership and mentoring roles. Uncommonly for an engineer, she pairs technical certifications with business management studies and active mentoring, bringing both operational rigor and a people-first approach to platform ownership.
