Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRadames Roriz is a staff software engineer based in São Paulo with 13 years of experience building and scaling web platforms across startups and enterprises. He blends hands-on full‑stack development (Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Vue) with technical leadership—decommissioning monoliths into service topologies, standardizing CI/CD and environments, and guiding multi-squad initiatives. At Revelo he led architecture shifts, created SDKs and repo generators, and ran AI/ML experiments for hiring recommendations; he now advances platform reliability and product development at KnowBe4. Known for pragmatic tooling (CLI, Docker rollout, linters) and mentoring other engineers, he balances deep technical craft with systems-level thinking. An active conference speaker and builder, he prefers durable infrastructure changes that improve developer productivity as much as user-facing features.
