Senior🎓
Top SchoolRadek Pleskač is a seasoned Frontend Developer and tech lead with 14+ years building performant, accessible web applications and design systems across startups and large enterprises. He’s led migrations from legacy frameworks to React at scale, maintained large Nx monorepos, and created reusable UI primitives—often driving accessibility, localization, and Core Web Vitals improvements. Comfortable full-stack, he pairs deep frontend craft (Vanilla JS, web components, React, Vue, Next.js) with backend and DevOps experience (Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Docker, Kubernetes), enabling pragmatic end-to-end solutions. At SentinelOne and Cisco he mentored teams, built automation (Nx generators) and shipped cross-team components used company-wide. Based in Brno, he blends hands-on implementation with technical leadership and a long-running personal dedication to the web that dates back to 2008. An early builder of custom UI frameworks and web-components for desktop-chromium apps, he brings an engineer’s curiosity to both legacy rewrites and modern web architecture.
