Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRadek Sienkiewicz is a founder and hands-on engineer with 10+ years building AI agent systems, automations, and conversion-focused products that drive revenue for mid-market e-commerce and top-100 Alexa publishers. He leads VelvetShark, where he combines AI, growth experimentation and workflow automation to uncover new monetization and optimization opportunities for clients. Radek has deep developer-relations experience across web3 platforms (LayerZero, WalletConnect, Ceramic, QuickNode), creating demos, tooling and education that lower the barrier for developer adoption. Comfortable switching between product, developer advocacy and execution, he pairs a data-driven conversion background with practical developer tooling skills — an uncommon mix that helps turn prototypes into production-grade growth engines. Based in Poland, he also maintains OpenClaw and frequently ships proofs-of-concept that translate community feedback into product improvements.
