Top SchoolRaditya Gumay is a Distinguished Engineer and technopreneur with 11+ years building high-impact mobile and location platforms across Indonesia’s largest tech companies and his own startup, RadityaLabs. He currently leads GoTo’s in-house navigation platform—driving GPS accuracy, location performance, and an open-source navigation engine (Ferrostar) to compete with regional map leaders. A hands-on leader, he has a track record of measurable product improvements (app size down 40%, launch times and UI hangs substantially reduced) and of turning research in machine learning into production-ready features. Comfortable from low-level performance tuning to shaping developer experience and design systems, he combines deep ML expertise (backpropagation neural networks) with pragmatic engineering and product instincts. Also an experienced speaker, mentor, and counselor, he blends startup founder grit with enterprise-scale delivery in Southeast Asia.
