Top SchoolRado Osredkar is a pragmatic software leader and hands-on developer with over 8 years of modern experience and roots in programming dating back to a ZX Spectrum. He has led teams and owned architecture for large-scale Java-based systems across domains including betting, e-banking, and intra-logistics, and is currently building cloud-native betting services at Sportradar using Java 17, Kubernetes and AWS. Comfortable shifting paradigms, he has switched between Java, Python, C#, and PL/SQL while owning API and OAuth2 security components and learning certificate and security protocols. His background blends deep backend and database expertise (PL/SQL, DynamoDB) with operational experience commissioning large machines on-site and supporting production services globally. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic architecture, mentoring, and steady delivery across the full software lifecycle. Outside work he continues coding personal projects (Python, GCP), runs or hikes, and brings a traveler’s curiosity to problem solving.
