Top SchoolRadovan Školník is a seasoned software engineer and entrepreneur who founded and leads Data Dance, delivering Odoo-based ERP/CRM solutions across Community and Enterprise editions from versions 11 to 16. With a background as a division director managing 25 consultants, he combines hands-on development (Python, Java) and integrations with strategic consulting in ITIL, eTOM and service/monitoring frameworks. He excels at designing complex service management and monitoring solutions, driving pre-sales and project delivery while inspiring teams and stakeholders. Having done IT since his teens and holding an MSc in Software Engineering from Slovak Technical University, he pairs deep technical knowledge with pragmatic project leadership. An unexpected detail: his enthusiasm for Odoo borders on personal devotion, reflecting a rare founder-level focus on a single open-source platform.
