Senior🎓
Top SchoolRadu Anastase is a Staff Software Engineer with 11+ years of front-end expertise, currently shaping an accessible Electron/React communication app at 8x8 and driving WCAG 2.1 AA compliance efforts. He’s built user-facing systems across startups in e-commerce, NLP chatbots, BI data tools, health and e‑learning, often acting as the sole front-end owner to deliver performance, security fixes and SEO-friendly migrations. Comfortable across React, Redux, Angular and TypeScript, he pairs hands-on engineering (unit and e2e testing, Playwright/Cypress) with design-system unification and CI practices. A pragmatic problem-solver, he’s reduced app footprints, eliminated security vulnerabilities, and moved legacy SPAs to SEO-ready architectures while mentoring and leading teams. Based in Brașov, Romania, Radu prefers remote roles with occasional travel and is pursuing IAAP accessibility certification to formalize his strong accessibility focus.
