Top SchoolRafael Alves is a software engineer with 14 years in tech and over seven years focused on cloud infrastructure, AI and developer-facing platforms, currently shaping the Fury PaaS at Mercado Livre to serve thousands of engineers across Latin America. He combines hands-on cloud expertise across AWS and GCP (GCP Associate Cloud Engineer) with practical automation using generative AI, building bots and internal apps that cut manual work and accelerate operations. His background spans hands-on IT operations to platform engineering, giving him a pragmatic perspective on reliability, troubleshooting and developer experience.
