Top SchoolRafael Audibert is a product-focused engineer with eight years of experience building scalable web and serverless systems, currently shaping analytics and feature-deployment tooling at PostHog. He’s delivered end-to-end solutions across startups and public projects—from leading an MVP for Brazil’s health system to architecting a logistics microservice handling 70k monthly deliveries. Rafael brings deep backend expertise (Rails, Elixir, Django, AWS, Terraform) alongside modern frontend work (React, TypeScript, GraphQL/Relay), and has driven impactful optimizations like a 95% frontend bundle reduction and halving infrastructure costs. His academic background in computer science and research on graph neural networks underpins a data-informed approach to product engineering. Comfortable across full-stack, infra, and integrations, he often focuses on pragmatic systems that scale and sync reliably with external platforms. Based in Porto Alegre, he combines startup agility with experience shipping production-critical systems at scale.
