Top SchoolRafael Dos Santos is a cloud-focused technology leader and CEO with 14 years of experience designing and delivering web and Azure-based solutions from Espírito Santo, Brazil. He cofounded and leads AzureBrasil.cloud while previously heading technical delivery for game and claims platforms, blending product management, API and infrastructure architecture with hands-on ASP.NET development. A Microsoft Azure MVP, he regularly speaks at conferences and enjoys translating experimental ideas into production systems across full-stack .NET and Node.js front ends. His career shows a pattern of taking ownership of both cloud operations and application lifecycles—from SignalR-powered real-time features to scalable Azure-hosted services. Colleagues rely on him to simplify complex integrations and to bridge business needs with practical engineering tradeoffs. Beyond leadership, he still codes daily, favoring pragmatic solutions that prioritize reliability and developer productivity.
