SeniorRafael Ferreira is a Lead Mobile Engineer with 8 years of experience building and scaling native iOS products across fintech, retail, and AI data-collection domains. Rafael has led cross-functional teams and programs, managing roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, and delivery while mentoring and growing engineering talent. He has repeatedly taken products from ideation through post-launch maintenance, including middleware integrations and Backend-For-Frontend responsibilities that bridged mobile and backend concerns. Based in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, he brings a practical mix of technical leadership and client-facing experience, often stepping into interview and hiring processes to shape team composition.
