Top SchoolRafael Ignacio is a software engineer and product-minded technologist with 12 years of experience building web products and leading cross-functional teams across Brazil’s digital agencies and startups. He blends hands-on development (PHP, modern web stacks) with recent expertise in Python, AI and Large Language Models to turn strategic product goals into working solutions. As a Product Owner/Manager and IT coordinator he has driven agile delivery, business analysis and team leadership, consistently focusing on user impact and market value. Currently he splits his time between engineering at Plathanus and product leadership at Beewell, demonstrating an unusual dual role that keeps both code quality and roadmap outcomes tightly aligned.
