Senior🎓
Top SchoolRafael Nascimento is a pragmatic junior developer and support analyst with nine years of hands-on experience troubleshooting retail systems (Linx POS/Manager), building internal features in .NET and Node.js, and optimizing SQL Server procedures to cut query times. Based in São Paulo, he combines backend API development with MongoDB and Mongoose, practical knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes concepts, and operational monitoring using Datadog and Elastic Search to drive rapid incident resolution. At Vertem he moved from N2 support into developer responsibilities, regularly producing patch scripts, documentation and RCA reports while leveraging tools like Postman and Claude Code to boost productivity. His background in CFTV monitoring and dual technology/finance technical degrees gives him an uncommon eye for operational reliability and business-contextual troubleshooting.
