Top SchoolRafael Paulin is a Senior Agentic Software Engineer with 10 years building production-grade full‑stack systems for enterprises like Tiffany & Co., PetSmart, SITA and ISC², specializing in Node.js/TypeScript backends, tRPC, and responsive React/Vue frontends. He combines infrastructure-as-code and DevOps expertise (Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) with deep serverless experience on AWS and GCP to deliver reproducible, high-availability pipelines and search architectures (Algolia) that directly improve discoverability and conversion. Rafael's unusual background—a Master's in Graphic Design focused on Information Systems—gives him a user-centered lens that shapes API contracts, UI components, and product decisions for better usability. He accelerates delivery using agentic AI-assisted workflows and prompt engineering without sacrificing test-driven quality, and has a track record of automating complex provisioning and multi-environment deployments. Based in Curitiba, Brazil, he’s open to remote roles with US/EU companies and brings both hands-on delivery and product sensibility to high-stakes projects.
