Top SchoolRafael Pucut is a software developer based in Calgary with eight years of hands-on experience building web and automation solutions across telecom, energy, and corporate environments. He specializes in Python automation (Robot Framework), SharePoint/Front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and has practical experience reverse-engineering and modernizing legacy systems. At Rogers and Shaw he contributes to production software while his contract and coop work show a track record of migrating decade-old intranets, integrating Power BI dashboards, and delivering bilingual SharePoint communications sites. Rafael pairs developer skills with practical tooling experience—source control workflows, WordPress/plugin maintenance, and automated emailing/reporting features—helping teams turn operational needs into documented, maintainable solutions. He graduated with a high-achieving Computer Information Systems degree (3.92 GPA) and often blends design sensibilities (Photoshop) into technical projects. Notably, he moves fluidly between scripting automation and user-facing content, making him effective at both backend reliability and front-end employee communication.
