Top SchoolRafal Bromirski is a Senior Engineering Manager based in Berlin with 15 years of experience building high-performance, scalable web applications and leading platform and data engineering teams. He combines deep front-end craftsmanship—manifested in long-term work on responsive design, BEM, Sass and contributions like enhancing a Sass media-query demo—with leadership of cross-functional teams at Glassnode to deliver data-driven blockchain analytics. Comfortable across cloud-native stacks, microservices and frontend architecture, he has shepherded projects from prototype to production in startups and venture-builder environments. Rafal is curious about new technologies and pragmatic in applying them, often bridging design sensibility with backend engineering to improve developer experience and product usability. Notably, his hands-on background in both UI/UX and systems (React/Redux, Go, Kubernetes) lets him translate product needs into robust technical roadmaps.
