Top SchoolRafał Krókowski is a UI engineer with 8 years of full-stack experience building production-ready systems for companies from startups to Netflix and Nike. He has a track record of turning prototypes into impactful products—12+ MVPs at Nike’s R&D “Moonshot Factory,” an event-streaming platform for flagship retail, and an AI shopping assistant using RAG. Comfortable across TypeScript, Node.js, React and cloud-native architectures, he’s repeatedly led migrations and rebuilt core systems (from scheduling tools to distributed notification pipelines) while mentoring junior engineers. A former founder who validated a parking app through the MIT EF CEE program, Rafał combines product intuition with hands-on engineering and an appetite for pragmatic R&D. Not obvious from his title: he’s shipped voice/NLP pipelines handling thousands of hours of conversation in production, showing depth beyond typical UI work.
