Top SchoolRafed Ramzi is a Senior System Engineer based in Germany with a decade of experience building cloud-native, containerized infrastructures and production-grade DevOps platforms. Currently at Delivery Hero, he brings hands-on expertise from designing self-managed Kubernetes on AWS, Terraform/Ansible IaC, and secure PCI-compliant payment infrastructures. His background spans end-to-end systems work—from real-time data pipelines and monitoring stacks (Elasticsearch, Wazuh) to CI/CD automation and custom tooling like Kubernetes event sinks and queue-offloading plugins that materially improved throughput. Pragmatic and delivery-focused, he has repeatedly turned operational pain points into scalable, observable solutions that accelerate engineering velocity. Educated in Information Systems at BINUS University, Rafed blends software engineering and operations with a strong interest in the evolving container and cloud-native ecosystem.
