Top SchoolRafnix Garcia is a seasoned Python backend and Odoo developer based in Lima, Peru, with 11 years of professional experience and over a decade freelancing across finance, retail, telecom and events. He builds and maintains production REST APIs (FastAPI), ERP customizations and integrations, and has led migrations from legacy automation to modern Python tooling using Docker, Jenkins and AWS. His work spans end-to-end delivery: data modeling, authentication/authorization, ETL, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring, plus hands-on PostgreSQL and microservices development. At multiple firms he implemented Odoo modules, electronic invoicing and cross-system integrations, and he’s mentored junior engineers while driving DevOps best practices. Notably, he combines practical frontline implementation with a long-standing advocacy for open-source tooling and reusable internal libraries (RPA-UTILS) that streamline automation across teams.
