Top SchoolRaghav Dua is a Site Reliability Engineer with 11 years in tech and eight years focused on SRE across startups, scale-ups and enterprises, currently driving reliability work at Booking.com from Amsterdam. He has a track record of building SRE functions from the ground up—leading a team at Airmeet to achieve ISO-27001 compliance and creating video infrastructure that processes 1000+ HD recordings daily with rapid delivery. At Coinbase he architected infra-as-code SLIs/SLOs for crypto nodes and raised critical assets to four nines availability, and at Shuttl he built high-throughput GPS pipelines and ephemeral dev environments that accelerated shipping 3x. Raghav blends hands-on systems engineering with compliance and developer UX improvements that measurably reduce outages and save engineers time. He also contributes to developer tooling and is building projects under the handle mcpjungle on GitHub, reflecting ongoing curiosity beyond day-to-day operational work.
