Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolRagnar Kestis is a multidisciplinary creative professional with 14 years of experience blending content strategy, HR operations, and hands-on creative production in Vienna. He has driven company-wide editorial standards and award-winning content at Applifting, while earlier enabling rapid pandemic-era growth through recruitment, compliance, and onboarding system redesigns. Now freelancing, he balances commissioned art, music production, and editorial work for a diverse client roster, known for pragmatic execution and a sharp editorial eye. Comfortable moving between technical detail (iOS SDK contributions) and human-centered processes, he brings studio-grade craft to brand voice, audio, and visual projects. Colleagues remember him for treating people like humans, and he quietly applies conlanging and neography interests to inject original perspective into his creative work.
