Senior🎓
Top SchoolRahal Danthanarayana is a software engineer specializing in machine learning and AI with over a decade of professional experience and a recent Master’s in Computer Science focused on Data Science. He has built and deployed cloud-native ML pipelines and AI-enabled applications on AWS across healthcare, finance, and transportation, including HIPAA-compliant integrations with Athena Health and a RAG-enabled digital medical assistant for clinicians. Rahal combines full-stack skills—FastAPI backends, vanilla JS frontends, and knowledge-graph-backed ELT pipelines—with hands-on model work like SFT on Phi-3 SLMs. He’s led product development and engineering teams, introduced TDD practices at scale, and designed secure integrations (JWT, encryption, TLS upgrades) for regulated environments. Based in Arbutus, MD, he mixes pragmatic engineering with product ownership and a knack for turning public health data into operational knowledge graphs for downstream AI.
