Top SchoolRahil Kapoor is a Senior Software Engineer with about six years of experience building full-stack, cloud-native solutions in healthcare, currently advancing modernization efforts at Optum India. He has led migrations from legacy Pega workflows to React/Next.js that cut processing times by 70% and page loads by 30%, and designed HIPAA-compliant Azure OCR pipelines that slashed manual work by 80%. A pragmatic polyglot (Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL) who pairs backend frameworks like Spring Boot and Node.js with modern frontends, he also champions AI-assisted development—reducing code review time and regression defects through Copilot and prompt engineering. PEGA CSA and Azure Fundamentals certified, he brings deep domain knowledge in claims processing and prior authorization along with a product-minded approach honed during internships and squad-based work. Notably, he combines hands-on implementation with measurable operational impact, improving SLAs while keeping security and compliance front and center.
