Top SchoolRahul Abrol is a founder and operator with ~10 years of experience building payment and fintech infrastructure across Asia, currently co-leading PortOne as Co-Founder and Co-CEO. His career spans high-pressure finance at UBS, strategy and rapid scaling at Uber across India and APAC, and early-stage product-market fit work that shaped PortOne’s AI-enabled payments platform. He combines a finance-first rigor (MBA, CFA Level II) with hands-on startup execution—knowing when to kill projects that don’t scale and how to hire and empower teams to move fast. Fluent in cross-border marketplace dynamics and customer-obsessed product thinking, he pairs long-term vision with disciplined day-to-day delivery. Outside work he balances endurance and creativity through fitness, tennis, golf and poetry, reflecting a leadership style that values the person behind the role.
